Return Handling Guidelines: If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund or exchange by following these steps.
1. Include proof of purchase (original bill of sale). 2. Return items in unused condition. 3. Returns will only be credited back to the original tender type (Note: Debit transactions will be returned as cash) 5. Delivery charges are non-refundable 6. Gift cards are non-refundable

CREDIT CARD REFUNDS For refunds or price adjustments we only credit the original credit card used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
Reclaiming taxes on returned items By returning merchandise to

you authorize Coin Mart to submit a claim for taxes to Revenue Canada on your behalf and to receive, endorse and deposit all such refunds. Coin Mart will refund the purchase price and taxes directly to you.
